Playground on the Green
The Green in the centre of Beyton village is a nice grassed area covering approximately 2 acres, the northern corner of this triangle green space has good selection of children’s play equipment including, swings, slides, climbing frames, balance beams, a roundabout and a rocker. There is plenty of space for ball games and small football goals are available.
The play area and playground equipment was refreshed in the summer of 2014 with new and updated swings, a slide and an adventure trail style obstacle course more info here.
Parking is available on local roads adjacent to the green.
The Green is also home to a gaggle of Emden geese which have lived in the village green for about 40 years and have featured in a BBC news article.
