Mill Meadows Adventure Playground
Right next to the river and near the town centre of Henley-on-Thames, this park is made up of two large fenced/hedged off areas. The first is primarily wooden equipment and is floored with bark chippings that is suitable for older children with a suggested age between 8 and 13, the second area is a newly refurbished playground for younger children with lots of new and interesting equipment and is floored with a colourful rubberised surface. Both areas are well maintained and surrounded by planted flower beds.
There are ten specially allocated parking spaces (1 hour limit) for people using the younger children’s area and there are further spaces with parking reasonable charges.

A great play space, very well designed and a fantastic offering of equipment and theming on both Henley and Fantasy.
However the image of the design by Play and Leisure is completely the wrong design, the play space is in fact designed and installed by KOMPAN UK and therefore the image should be removed.
Hi Max, Thanks for your feedback, I have removed the incorrect image and updated the text to correctly reflect the designer and installer!
What are the rules regarding dog mess? Just saw a woman jog through with a grey Great Dane leaving his mess behind! no respect for the kids and persons who will no doubt step in it. while I realise there are responsible dog owners, this wasnt one of them, is the park a dog toilet or a recreational area that everyone can enjoy?
Very nice park suitable for kids of all ages, and for adults, ideal for walks along the river and bbq picnics, lots to explore and enjoy
An excellent park in a lovely area, ample parking, great modern equipment for all ages. With toilets and cafe next to a large green space for picnics and ball games. You can follow the river path south east to a weir with a raised path the crosses right over the river and back.
