Lewesdon Drive Play Area
A lovely park in the centre of Springdale Recreation Ground, it was recently refurbished and opened on the 16th April 2010 by the Mayor of Poole, the playground equipment is suitable for a wide age range of children and includes a seaside themed wheelchair friendly see-saw (painted by the children from Springdale First School and Julia’s House), a spiral spinning top and a Moonwalker (a flat spinning disc which is set at an angle on which users can lie or sit on), a multi-person raft see-saw springer, buddy swing, a large rope climbing net with slide and three sprung wooden jumping platforms, a large climbing frame with slide and cradle swings.
