Big open space, with two play areas (one smaller for younger children, larger one suitable for toddlers and up, with a sandpit and zipwire, linking to a paddling pool in Summer). There is also a skate park and outdoor gym equipment.
To the south of the park is a cafe (with toilets) and local shops (Lidl, Waitrose, etc) where there is free parking on Sundays. The paddling pool is to the north end of the park, near a small lake/pond, and Woodford Park Leisure Centre (toilets) with free parking.
