Wargrave recreation ground is home to wargrave cricket club and tennis club. In the winter months the grounds are also used by the local men’s/women’s/girls/boys football clubs.
The playground itself is safe and enclosed with a wood chip surface and picnic tables, including undercover which is useful on those sunny/rainy days! The park is quite small and great for under 8’s. Outside the fenced area there is also some additional swings, a zip wire and a climbing wall. Close to the latter, children can also safely explore a very small area of woods between the park and neighbouring woods. There is also a bmx track, which when quiet is great for little Ines on bikes, scooters or just having a run around.
