Shipton-under-Wychwood Playground

Brilliant children’s playground in Shipton-under-Wychwood, it’s fairly small but packed with equipment including climbing frames, slides, tunnels, swings, cargo net, zip wire, skate park ramp, and adjacent sports field to run around. There is a small car park at New Beaconsfield Hall. No toilet facilities on site.

The playground was opened in 2011 by the Right Honorable David Cameron MP and was designed by local landscape architect Max Askew,  a beautiful stone carving by local artist Fergus Wessel was unveiled to commemorate the occasion.
