The Ruth Popper Playground
The Ruth Popper Playground was donated to Whitchurch village by Ruth Popper’s life companion Mr Sam in Memory of her death in May 2003, It is located on Manor Road just off the High Street in Whitchurch.
This small play area is nestled amongst houses and parking is available along the local residential streets. Play equipment includes several climbing frames, slides, swings and rockers. The play equipment is well maintained however the park in general is showing signs of its age, the moss build up on the rubberised surfaces is very slippery when wet.
