Netham Recreation Ground
Netham Park is a large park and area of open green space with facilities for leisure, sport and recreational activities. The pavilion, which is fully accessible houses changing rooms, public toilets and a community room. There are also sports pitches, a floodlit multi-use games area, a large play area, a separate Bowls Club facility, as well as lots of open space with views across Bristol.
The play area is accessible via footpaths from the main park entrance on Avonvale Road and from the Pavilion Car Park. The play area includes a fenced dog free play zone for younger children with a large net climbing cone and slide, roundabout, rocker, Rocker seesaw, rope bridge and toddler slide. There is also a play area for older children including an nest seat swing, climbing pole, slingshot, witches hat and an outdoor table tennis table. The play area has been landscaped with grass mounds, boulders.
