The Finstock Golden Jubilee Playground is behind the school and was designed in partnership between the school and the village in 2005. A small but unique park with castles to climb in along side traditional playground equipment. Parking is on the main street with a short walk up to the park and adjacent sports ground. There are no toilet facilities.
The project was the first community build of its kind in the UK. Everybody joined in, from children to adults, staff of the school and villagers from Finstock in an amazing display of community spirit.
