Having recently undergone a £3.2 million renovation, Exhibition Park boasts a number of fantastic attractions. Improvements have included a new café; the restoration of the Victorian bandstand; nature features and better drainage at the park lake; extension of the existing skate park and employment of a dedicated park ranger and a part-time community support officer.
There is a skate park, tennis courts, basketball court, several play areas with a wide variety of play equipment to keep children entertained. A lake with wooden viewing areas, croquet lawns and a croquet club, rowing boat hire and crazy golf available during Spring/Summer months. The pathways are great for bikes and scooters and there is a cycling club connected to the park.
There is a metered public car park very close to the park entrance on Claremont Road.
