Exeter Hall Playground
Located to the rear of the Exeter Hall area, just behind the Kaleidoscope Children’s Centre and next to the Kidlington Magpies pre-school. It can also be accessed from Crown Road. It is a very spacious playground with a number of slides, swings and see-saws as well as climbing equipment and other attractions. Children’s favourite seems to be a ship which has a steering wheel as well as microphones to which they can say things and their parents or playmates can hear them on the other side of the ship.
One great advantage of the playground is that it is surrounded by trees which provide nice shade on hot summer days. There is also a lot of grass which makes it a perfect place for picnics with your Little Ones or even you can organise a birthday party there!
Insufficient number of benches can be a disadvantage on days when the playground is busy and it tends to very popular with parents and children due to its location.
Suitable for kids of any age.
